Dr. David Buckley - Senior Pastor Pastor Dave and Jeanne have been faithfully serving in the ministry for the past 25 years. They have 3 children - Holly, Jeremy, and Jason. Pastor Dave has been the Senior Pastor at CLBC since June of 2003. His favorite passage of Scripture is Psalms 126:5,6. 	Donny Varney - Youth Pastor Donny has been on staff at Cross Lanes Bible Church since Aug. '03. He was married to Becky in June of 2004. Donny is involved with the college age group called Crossroads at CLBC. His favorite verse in the Bible is Philippians 3:20. 	Mark Boyd - Music/Finances Mark serves in the capacity of general oversight and assistant to the Pastor in the areas of music and finances, provides leadership in choir, special music, and handles various financial reports and analysis for both the Church and the School. 	Rae Lanham - Financial Secretary Rae handles all the moneys associated with Cross Lanes Bible Church and Cross Lanes Christian School. She has attended CLBC for 26 years and served on staff for the past 18 years. She and her husband, Sam, have been married for 35 years. They have two sons, Eric & Reid; and one granddaughter, Morgan.
